Skincare is really important ladies. Even if you are super lazy still you should take care of your skin and body. Taking care of skin doesn’t mean you have to go all about cleansing or facials but you can do it also avoiding habits that actually do harm to your skin.
There are many skincare mistakes we do that should be avoided.
1. Sleeping with makeup on
Sleeping with makeup on is so bad for your skin and have drastic effects. During night your skin and pores need to breath so that they can be clogged and makeup prevents that. This can also cause your skin to breakout.
You should exfoliate only once or twice a week not more than that. Over-exfoliating can damage your skin making it extra sensitive and it will also reduce your skins own moisture balance.
3. Not wearing sunscreen
Sunscreen is so important for your skin. Not wearing it can cause premature ageing of your skin leading to skin cancer. Sunscreen prevents your skin from getting burnt and provide moisture to it.
4. Not washing brushes
Not washing brushes is so bad. They have buildup bracteria, dust and dirt that causes breakouts. The already present makeup on them can clogged your pores. Also dirty brushes leaves brush marks when applying makeup.
5. Taking too hot showers
Even though hot showers relaxes you and feels so good but they can really strip of natural face oils and can cause dryness and redness.
8. Popping and touching pimples
Everyone knows how important this is. Popping and touching can cause scars and can also infect other areas of face.
