We all are aware of the foods that gives us glow or the foods that are considered healthy. But have you ever thought about some that can get you killed or have you ever considered about the foods whose little over dosage can take our live?
There are many foods and things that have more disadvantage than advantage and our little negligence can cost us our lives.

We all have heard that we should drink atleast 2 liters of water everyday but drinking 3 times as much can be disastrous. Excess of everything is bad that is why drinking this much water our kidneys will not be able to process this and will get it out of our system causing brain damage and respiratory arrest.
Half an ounce of caffeine is believed to be a lethal dose. Drinking approximately 113 cups of coffee will lead you to death and you will be dying from water intoxication because 113 cups of coffee is 30 liters of water.
Chocolate contains small amount of theobromine. It is a powerful agent works in stimulating the central nervous system. But showing carelessness and eating 22lb of chocolate approximately 85 bars of chocolate in one sitting will lead to first nausea and diarrhea, then epileptic fit, then internal bleeding, cardiac infarction and ultimately death.
4. Apple Seeds
Apples are not much of a problem but there seeds are. Taking seeds from 18 apples, chewing them and swallowing them will probably lead you to death because seeds contains cyanide.
Over dosage of sugar can be fatal. Eating 55lb of sugar which is 500 teaspoons in one go can cause your death.
